Overall policy:
- No breed related conditions excluded.

Waiting periods
- General: 30 days from start date of policy.
- Accidents: 2-Day waiting period from start date of policy.
Lifestyle Benefits.
Claims: Processed within 72 hours.
Payments: Can be reimbursed to policy holder, or paid to your vet directly by arrangement. With pre-authorisation, we can pay for larger cost events, directly and upfront to your vet.

- The costs of Radiation and Chemotherapy – R30 000
- Costs for diagnostic tests, radiology, pathology, scans, and exploratory laparoscopic investigations or scopes – R15 000
We’ll pay up to a maximum of R1000.00 per policy year towards the costs of:

- Premiums: starting from R358 per month for dogs; R246 per month for cats.
- Standard Excess: R1,000 per claim.
- Additional Excess: R1,000 per MRI/CT scan.
- Co-insurance: 50% applicable to specific procedures within the first six months.

- Premiums: starting from R390 per month for dogs; R265 per month for cats.
- Standard Excess: 15% of the claim amount, with a minimum of R500 per claim.
- Condition-Specific Excess: 20% of the claim amount, with a minimum of R500.
- Additional Excess: 15% of the claim amount, with a minimum of R1,000 per MRI/CT scan.
- Co-insurance: 50% applicable to specific procedures within the first six months.
